Innocent Child

In the night of fullmoon
On the deserted island they will maroon
Him, an innocent soul,  all alone

Tears of rage, wishing revenge
He was too long locked in golden cage
Nightingale dreaming of freedom

Silent whisper of night
Dance of moonlight
On silver cover of ocean
His deep devotion

Swansong of his heart
Melody unheard
Loveletters once burnt
Were reborn that night

A dove pure and white
Came to him that night
Rested on his shoulder
Innocent beauty, snowhite cover

In the night of fullmoon
On the deserted island they will maroon
Him, an innocent soul,  all alone

Swansong of his heart
Melody unheard
Loveletters once burnt
Were reborn that night
Midnight call won’t hurt
Wounded heart of a child
Living in his innocent soul
The dream, the thrill, the awe

Windsong through the silent night
Cold breath of moonlight
Feeling he is not alone
Writing another lovesong

She came to him from waves
Naked beauty of lake
Coil around his heart, mirror reflection
Sip of midnight air he wish to take
Flame of love, dreams of passion
Silent sigh, morning light
Withering fantasy in rising dawn

Swansong of his heart
Melody unheard
Loveletters once burnt
Were reborn that night
Midnight call won’t hurt
Wounded heart of a child
Living in his innocent soul
The dream, the thrill, the awe
