Sleepless Night

Sleepless night holding me dear
Neverfading shame and shy look
Through the silent emptiness
Beaten breath, silver sigh I took
Still dwells in silence

Words gone with the dark
Cold cold world around my hoping heart
Entwined with longing and hope
Coiled around my chest poisoning me

Welcome my friend, I’ve been waiting so long
Secret engraved on deepest core of my longing soul
Whispers and sighs, weeping and screams
Walking along the shore of withering dreams

Take a step ahead, don’t be afraid
Don’t seek for life in the dead world
As I tried to find innocence in a black whore’s heart
Don’t waste your time in vain

No mercy have their hearts
No purity lies there
Where dreams slowly die

One great verse to end the suffering
One single sight to see your face one last time
Beaten breath, hoping faith living still in me
Dwelling still within, but slowly dying

Sleepless night holding me dear
Neverfading shame and shy look
Through the silent emptiness
Beaten breath, silver sigh I took
Still dwells in silence
