Once Upon A Time

It was like a dream, northern fantasy
A silent melody, whisper of dark symphony
Passion, hatred, tragedy
In the end of dying mystery
Once upon a story

Once upon a time there was a child
He believed in old-days tales
Looking forward to another storytime

Once upon a time there was a barefoot boy
With sad dreamy eyes and heart full of joy
Waiting dearly for another tale

River of time flows falling down
With a midnight’s sigh
For all days my letter will drown
In this endless flight

I’m a dream, only a fantasy
A fleeting memory
Forgotten child’s story
I’m a tale you read one night
I’m a sparkle of fading light
A path to lead you through
Cold world of pain’s dew

I’m a dream, your deepest fantasy
A weeping melody
Forgotten light of moonlit night
I’m your last storytime
I’m a kite in the blue sky so clear
A secret memory you hold so dear
