Dying Horizon

High in the blue sky I see the stars
Tonight their light is for us

In the ocean deep I see the reflection

Of dying flame, pure imagination
In the horizon I see your shadow
Gentle touch on white cold snow
In the horizon I see your face and hear your call
How beautiful it used to be
You and me on that dreamer’s shore
Beyond the horizon, far beyond the sea
Day by day memories are fading away
But now they’re still ungone
You and me on a dreamer’s shore
Beyond the ocean deep, within every silver sip
We breathe and live, we’re one single belief
A dream above the horizon
A road that still goes on
A tale without an end
Written by a poet’s hand
Lost on that dreamer’s shore
I’d give my everything to let you know
Heart loves you only more
A verse is a curse, sweetest poison within
A darkest dart in my hoping heart
But love living in me, resting so deep in a dream
Still the most beautiful one
Drawing a picture of a nightingale on a frozen glass
I still remember the hand written that verse
My love, my remorse, my pain, a sweetest curse
Dream and see
Breathe and feel
How it could be
Losing us, losing me
One more midnight fantasy
So far beyond the sea
