Seashore Bound

Once upon a time I went to the seashore
To whisper my wish through the wind of the North
The wind took my wish high to the sky
Heart felt the tears I lose every night

I walked along the ocean tide
Mesmerized by memories alive
So real they sparkled before my eyes
Days changed through the past times
But the dream still rests within

When will the stars fulfill a dream of my wounded heart?
When will your soul combine with mine and we’ll never be apart?

Time won’t heal heart’s scars
Pain will spread through the sky
Among the shimmering stars

I only wished to touch your hair
While you silently sleep
To catch every sigh, every breath
While you rest on my kneels

One day the path will bring me to you
My hope is alive and heart still believes
Covered by midnight blue
I sleep in silence’s embrace
