Last Ride For Life

Silence all around, no sigh, no beaten sound
I follow the voice still calling me
I’m sinking, going down into water deep
Flowing with whispering dream

A road so far, one final ride
Last journey into the night
One step into the darkness
I’m drowning, lost in this dive
Entering deep dark waters
Dying again to feel alive

Once I was a child, dreamer of light
Forgotten melody of nightingale’s lullaby
Once I took a deep breath of night
Got lost in midnight blue of frozen autumn sky

Petals through the fingers entwined
Lust drowned in dark red wine
Memories are but shadows lost in time

A road so far, one final ride
Last journey into the night
One step into the darkness
I’m drowning, lost in this dive
Entering deep dark waters
Dying again to feel alive

It’s hard to live a dream,
So easy to leave it behind
Running away to another sin
Sinking in blood, feeling alive
Dying more every time

Wish of the night
Last sin for his life
I left my everything behind

A road so far, one final ride
Last journey into the night
One step into the darkness
I’m drowning, lost in this dive
Entering deep dark waters
Dying again to feel alive
