Among the midnight howling
The song that calls
Silence of dreaming, darkness of falling
Eternity is howling
Silently calling
Dreams turned into nightmares
Clear eyes blurred with sight so insane
Thoughts deep in the mind
Everything within became pale blind
Eternity is the only way
The only way away…
To run away, to save yourself
The only way to escape
Paths entwined becoming the one
Leading through the deepest circles of Hell
None has seen the end
No prayer helped, no light saved
Lost souls in that darkness insane
Among the midnight thorns
In the world of anger
In the world of pain torn
No prayer for a lost saint
No shelter for a dreamer
Eternity embraced you there
Keeping your dear soul forever
Eternity is the only way
Away from hell and pain
Away from howling fall
Away from it all…
Look at me, what do you see?
Take my hand, what do you feel?
Just come with me back through your memory
I’ll save you from it all, the fears unseen, dark gathering
