Open my heart to feel embrace of awe
I fall asleep and see it all — the field by my old home
I follow the call of wind
And play the tune of long gone days
The river of time still flows
Count of days never stops
Until the sense still feels the kiss of morn and tears of dew
I close my eyes and sundown dies
With pale dawning lights
While morning sleeps I’m wandering in the world
Lying beneath deepest blue hidden by the stars
Streams of silver cascading down
The falling stars’ turquoise call
I walk among this world
And see it all — the lake, the woods
The place I once called home
Flowers wither, dreams stay within
Path of dream will lead
Until I see the first star of hope
I fall asleep to find it all
Resting still deep in every child’s heart
Innocence we hide within
For a child caressing a dream
The lantern glowing in the dark
Painting still dear colour of lullaby
Until we care of lost awe and hope’s heart
