Writing verses with white
Frozen snowflakes of petals still shiver
Composing old songs, pale lullabies
Wistful waves of the sea to flow
For a tiny wonder of a midnight awe
Come cover me with blue
Of midwinter tide
Sing me a lullaby
I have nothing to give you
But a kiss of dawn and scent of morning dew
Come cover me with white
Of midsummer night
Write me a poem without a rhyme
I have nothing to give you
But my heart and a soul of dark midnight gloom
I wish I could find the way
To guide them so blind astray
To the end of neverending fairytale
Secret hidden dreamer’s hideaway
I wish I could find a fallen star
To understand who we are
A drop of ancient lore
Resting under the deepest core
Midnight paints a dream with wonder and awe
Farewell song drawing tears in my eyes for long
So I’m falling enduring all my dreams for you
A lonely longer longing for a storytime, all sleepless nights and ocean deep
For a verse of me, a song in need, my everything writing still a dearest dream
