Darkness We Came From

In the darkness we were born
From the night we came
Into the dark we will drown

I wish to sing through the night
Write across the sky
I wish to dance in silver veil of moonlight
Flowing through my open window

Flute of blooming trees beneath
Calling all faded days again
Revealing the cards of fleeting time
Clouds covered all passing rhymes

I wish to fly high
But all symphonies take me higher
I wish to see clear
But songs of dawn blur my eyes with desire
All the memories wrote the path I have to take
Every tear, every tale takes me back
To the verses of song I will never reveal, never forget

In the darkness we swim
To sing our heart so dear
For moonlight we long
Silver path glittering we’re ready to go

Dreams left torn and forlorn
Became wishes of past ungone
Innocence is but an unborn call of dawn

For every dream I’ll change the world of everything
To recall memories still poisoning my heart
I’m longing forever for a dearest feel resting so deep

“From the darkness we came and one day we’ll return
To the cascading waterfalls, white pure shore where we were born.”
