Awakened Horizon

Children’s choir within my heart
Follows me in falling dreams
Enter, enter this cascade of wondernight

Caress the tale to bleed more
Feed them with poison and watch them dying in the corner
Dear boy, your dreams were foretold long ago
Come in, come in

Fear for fear, dream to feel again
Hear the call of sirens above
Chase the shadow in the mirror before you
Enter this theme park scene
Follow every heartbeat within
Pale landscapes won’t turn red if you don’t let them bleed

Longing still for the harps of your heart
Caring, bearing a dream of the final night
Fears falling for howling memories deep inside

Sundown, dreambound
Carcass of pale wishes sent through the sky
Last petal for the first journey I found
To take this very last ride

Awakened horizon still calls
Painting with snow my porch
Behind a veil of dawn still hides
A tolling bell of thirteenth chime
Imagine the midnight combined with morn

Dark sides of the world
Two tales mine and yours
Cascading tears beyond the horizon longing for
Nothing but a path to share through everlasting time
My unsung verse to cover your unwritten lullaby
