Heartwarming Trill

Scent of dew, pale skies, withering moon above the dark roof

Lost heart of the night, turquoise hope glitters in every rhyme pure
Winter chill, snow chimneys, sundown’s embrace through the April nights
Tales telling a story to a sleepy child, a walk through the dream’s last flight
Where did all the laughter cease?
Where are my heartwarming dreams?
Deep memory’s sea I used to swim in
Every dragonfly in moonlight
Dearest song of a nightingale’s trill
Where are all the tales I used to live for?
Where is a dream resting calm in my soul?
Mountain streams falling down the hill
Bearing a kiss of the past days and lost memories
Tower guiding me through the dark all this time
Where is a heart, where is a soul
All the wanderer’s tales I’m longing for
Until I’m gone
Caress a memory of me within your dearest song
A dreambound, withered masquerade upon the midnight kiss
Pure voice of memories gone, touch of love undone beneath
A lullaby for your heart, sweet song under an angelwing
Poet’s hand will write a dream for another journey
Darkest ride through the tales without an end
Child’s soul finds its wonder and dream awe within every verse
