Dance With Me

Dance with me in the veil

Of midnight dwelling sight
Lay me beneath the starlit sky
Enter the meadows and dales
Follow me in this ride
Violin singing a lullaby for a child in time
Goodnight kiss on a forehead, song deep in heart
Playing still for a dream within caressing a rhyme
Midnight calls to play a song by a campfire
To see the stars high above
Silver moonlight through the wings of a dragonfly
For a touch of pure love
Flowing rivers of tide, last tale upon a kite
Before the high water of the darkest desire
Play with me a tune
Of dark lost youth
Dance with me on the grove
Last breath of blue
Lost shore far away from home
Touch of dream dwelling all alone
