December Grace

A wish hides a sign
Holds deep sigh
A prayer for a hoping heart

Moment longer than eternity
A touch of bliss, drunken taste of glory
Dream flying on the wings of memory

A wish hides a sign of December grace
Snow white memories blessed by the night of fall
Child’s pure tear, call of the lore
Innocence and lust combined in one
Entwined with stardust and whisper of awe
Above the horizon of dreams knocking at reality’s door

A sign of a name
My gift and my sin
My burden and my dream
Whisper of Heaven
And Hellish flame
My hope, my love, my everything

Dream lost in sight
Desire within for the fire in heart
Lust writing the purest innocent part

The end of the night lures more than the dawn
Call of the midnight ride flowing through the magic trapdoor
Final flight across the sky of dreams, wonderfields lost with the awe
