Asking For Love

A moment of hope above the hills
Dawn for a loving heart
Through the meadows and woods where a nightingale sings

Memories living in the air I breathe
Keeping me calm in the end of a dream

For a moment of love, little child in a crowd
Shiny eyes looking at dear face
Wild beauty of wistful sea, homeward song
Calling me to go and search for stranger’s embrace

My home is there where heart belongs to
Every memory still leads back to the darkest blue
Moment of joy is calling me, silent voice of you

A wish in the sea, whisper of melody
Midnight flight in a snowflake above the world
Fall writes an awakening
Tale of the pain, the awe and childhood memories
Walking wide awake and alive deep in me

Echo through love
Homeward dream caressing an awe
A night through the years flowing into the void
