Whisper My Name

Midsummer nights draw closer
Lonesome shore withers every dawn
Like a mirage it’s gone to appear in beams of sundown
Catch a moment while it’s yet  undrowned

In the wind I hear the voice
Leaves sheltering me from the silver moon’s face
Nothing left but a silent whisper

In the end of the rainbow where laughter ceased
Heart feels a touch unseen
Is it a dream or real,
Another fantasy for a hoping heart

I hear your voice, a silent call
A promise on dawn
Sweet memory in the awe
Deceiving a dream I entered oblivion
Tales and lullabies will guide me through
Serenity of darkness to imaginary world, my final destination

Whisper my name in this silence
I will hear it in dream’s embrace
Still awaiting in the end of the river, on that shore
For a dream to be real, for your song to dwell forevermore
