Back to the land of childhood light
Snow melting down
On a warm little palm
World unseen
Forever hidden
Deep in lost words of wisdom
Last snowflake bears magic
Writing another lie
Another beautiful story
Turning to ashes in a fleeting trick
Life captivated by the darkness inside
Coiling around my neck
Calling me back
To look for a mirror broken once too long ago
Midnight howling in the yard
Hissing, crying through the dark
Scared child under cold frozen blanket
Weeping in the corner for blind-hearted
I’m a voice of lost memories
Of deepest fears of yours
I’m a whisper of pain and pride
Darkest shadows you hide inside
I’m the chamber of secrets you bear within
I’m the song of sleepless night you miss so dear
Lost deeper than you feel
Behind a veil of ever dream
You see but you fear to touch it real
Last snowflake bears magic
Of old dreamer’s trick
Verses in time, echoing rhymes
Forever lost in drunken wine of forgotten nights
Beneath a locked door you’ll find a key
To enter the dreams you wished to live real
Behind the path of lost memories
All the melodies
You used to live for
Composing forevermore
Locked inside a glass-ball
Imaginary world
