Sigh Of Awe

Forget and loose this part
Mistreated heart dwelling in tomorrow lights
Nightingale guiding me still through misread blue
Withering drops of lost yesterday dew

You see the shadow beneath old oak
Sheltering you from moonlight
Bathing still on silver leaves
Dreams of the world
Lonely tales untold
Awaiting still in the sigh of awe

Veiled by a touch of a dream I feel
Turning loose the last wish through this night
My fall will write your deepest thrill

Silence draws in dawn still painting my road with snow
Upon a star I dwell in pale moonlit glow
Turning me into an ancient tale’s awe
Far beneath falling dawn of a withering world

You see the shadow beneath lake’s mirror
Luring you deep into the dark ocean core
Take my hand, I’m not your foe
Moon reflects in my eyes guiding you through
Those meadows of life, dales of dew
Calm waters of quivering blue

Stars whisper your name to me
Through a veil of dream
Echoing still in sweet sigh of lost memory
