Autumn Grace

Call still coiling around my soul
Promise of a hoping heart
With a golden leaf
Cleansing tear
Falling dawn still holding on that autumn
Dwelling in silence
Fading slowly

Grace dwelling in rain won’t rust
Love undone will rest in heart
Promising rhyme for a dark kiss of lust

Silently knocking at my window
Luring call of night’s fallen chord
Dwelling still in every drop
Of my fading hope

Betrayed by the world,
Caressed by the dream
Spinning around me,
Melting heart’s chill
For a beauty of innocent core
Resting within
Silently dreaming

Oceans of time sparkling in eyes
A whisper of night flowing still
Calling violin of one perfect sunrise
Washed the white shore, dream of the sea
Beauty lies motionless, scarce in sleep

Grace dwelling in rain won’t rust
Love undone will rest in heart
Promising rhyme for a dark kiss of lust

The end of last poem, storyteller’s rest
Night of pure rhymes, life in those tales
He wrote and told
Forgotten songs flowing forever away
A dream longed for a heart
He caressed till the end
Timeless, frozen

A dream upon a star
Oceans of heart
All the world I wished to be
Quivers in still
Of forever your dream
