Despite Fallen Daybreak

A wandering man walking in the storm
Sent a wish through the sky of empty world

Lonely poet in a castaway sun
Of his delusive life
Walking in silence resting still in his heart

Storyteller, a wanderer
Last winter’s core
Secret dream of awe
Barefoot boy wondering the world
Hidden in a mermaid’s tear
Magic snowflake falling frozen in time

Ever felt for a dream glaring within
You caress the tales reading you real
A heart of every child’s fantasy

Moonlit waters quivering in the shades
Despite fallen daybreak
Rainbows and resting stars’ wishes
Hiding within every poet’s tear
Nightingale songs flow through the lifetime for a child
Singing me to live in last verse of your lullaby

A verse in him, one night for me
Ghost fear pond, seas within
Darkness calls for a spark of light to catch a sleepless dream

Restless wanderer, come lay to rest
It’s time to bring back lost tears
The mermaid’s call, a kiss of dawn
Flowing dream for a child painting the horizon
With poet’s love and pale winter awe
Dare to feel still holding on lost hope within
