Childheart Tale

All the verses ever written
Every memory deeply hidden
Drew my agony through long mirrors of nightmares

Ever dream in heart I felt
Like a sip of heaven in this hell
Take my hand to ease this pain

A dream too dear to me
Last winter’s breath
Midnight kiss of awe
Childheart’s tales
Floating with lost lullabies

Wishes turn into ashes
Catching a nightingale of my loving heart
Into a locker of all dreamers

The only way to escape
Along the road and far across the seas
Over rivers and hills
To catch a burning harbinger of all dreams

A dream too dear to me
Last winter’s breath
Midnight kiss of awe
Childheart’s tales
Floating with lost lullabies

Deep in a sleep, deeper than passion lies
Beyond the ice-cream clouds and purple skies
In a dream where love rests I see the dearest eyes

A dream too dear to me
Last winter’s breath
Midnight kiss of awe
Childheart’s tales
Floating with lost lullabies
Storyteller’s heart
Dream-seeking eyes
My everything I fear to lose
