A kite through a winter sky
Lonely ship lost in frozen sea
Sight of a mermaid caressed pale desire
Burning deep in me
Song leads me through the bars
A dream turned loose in a sight
One step into the night to walk up the tide

Caressed by a old man’s feel
Written by a child’s heart
Tales float through the crib’s bars
Echoing still in dear memory’s scene
With a nightingale’s song last journey begins
