The lantern dies in pale morn light
Heart feels a path beneath the last star
Shining for all the memories lost in the sky

Nightmare turns into deep wound within
Tearing me apart for all I turned loose in me
Fear in need of fear to see
What I ever hid behind a dream

Comfort me on your chest
Paint this scenery in me
Come and share one dream with me
Comfort me away from my fears
Draw me a hideaway to rest
A call of dawn in me
Drowns in for a dream

Frozen moments of time are never lost
As poet’s hand bears them deep in him heart
Virgin’s tears echoing still on the shore
To enter a sweet dream once more

Let me sing in silence of your shadow
One path for two souls to follow
Lonely hope lying still beneath a rainbow
