For Dear Eyes I Once Drowned In

“Through my memories I’ll bear your eyes
Deep within every night of agony I will play the song
For your heart…”

Deep inside where frost paints tomorrow
I caress a dream still playing my sorrow

From the start of endless circle
To the painting upon my window
I see your face beyond the dawn

Deep within I see your eyes
Smiling at me
Cherishing my lost sunrise
Deep in my soul where memories fall forlorn
I still wait for a dawn to wash us back to the white shore

Deep within I believe you’re a remedy
To heal my neverending agony
Bleeding wounds you left before
Hurting me forever more
When my heart is gone

Too far from tales I used to love
The moment of dream forever gone
But still close to the heart I never had
I will recall caressing it deep until my last breath for dear eyes I once drowned in

A midnight lullaby, deep ocean song
Endless dream to drink my sigh
Withered veil upon the dawn of your neverdying verse
To weep in silence across the pale shore
Of dying innocence
