Blessing For A Winterheart

It is my poison, my only hope
A curse on time’s door

It is my cure, a remedy awe
My dream, my lonely home

Darkened years, memories thrown away
Along with my rest
Lay your heart onto my hand
Dreamer’s love it will caress

On the shore, lost home of me
I enter the hope having nothing, but a dream

A sigh through the shadows
Dropped call through the dawn
Seas in motion, lost hope’s devotion
Longs still for a heart of a poet so lonesome
The ride ends where journey begins
Lay your head down and walk through a dream

A sip for a life, last touch of sunrise
A prayer flows through the time
Drinking tears from your eyes
Bless you, my pure child of light, my winterheart
