Vanity Of Tears

My angel, your wings of white
Cover me from a coldest night,
Sheltering me from pain and fear…
Oh, dreams, wishes so dear
I hope still to revive

Your hopes are but my verses,
Kind words made for silence
To be said deep in eyes…

Poor rhyme for a genius,
A poet of life.
My vanity wrote down the tears
Of heart never cried,
Never grieved
For all hopes and rhymes but longing
In eternal hollow hoping

One wish frozen deep in me —
To find your path again
In this world of sleeping dreams…
Dear angel, lead me astray;
For you I will forever pray.
One life, one heart you mean to me
As you forever were and will always be…
