Barefoot Tales (Withering Night)

Rest silently beyond the dream
Where tears lose their harm
Lagoon is a far lost home by now
Stolen long ago from me

A hope has a face of virtue
Caressing me still under a white wing
Barefoot tales in morning dew
Lead me there I found your dream

Words, but a betrayal for a feel
Untold, unseen
Beneath last breath you hold on within
Before the fall into the darkest sea
Holding a heart, piano lost story
Unwritten melody you played once
All so loved fades away with last glance
Turning into a memory

Child’s tales fly with the kites
Singing at last me a lullaby
Cherished by the heart
The only dream for all sleepless nights

Winter of awe
Magic undone
Poet’s words, a withering rhyme
Echoes through the soul bless the moment
All the dreams undress my core
Turning into a whitest shore
For one last wish I long for

Before the hope unveils the heart of me
I hope the truth to see
Beauty of dreams reads me real
For a heart of sundown sea
All the memory still lost within

Dreamer’s soul still longs for a ride
Barefoot tales cherished by the heart
All paint the night with an ocean lullaby
