Nothing that childheart could ever hope for
All believer’s path is drawn away by the snow
Writing the darkness through all I love forevermore

No dream left to endure, no heart to love
Soul drowns in neverfading blue
I’m writing a song for myself to play
Every verse, every sound, every pain
The forever moment to caress with sundown dew
Everything I’ve ever played I played for you
Every tale was written for you
End now my pain, dream me away
To the meadows lost now, a lonely hideaway
Sleep all my tales unwritten from tears neverfallen
Step into my midnight dream, eternal calling
Just follow the candle I lighted within to guide you
