Faded

Washed by the tides of fire moon
Path leads me back to the wood
Where the dream was once real

Fading in time I sing your lullaby
Followed by love and lost storyline
I thought the dream was real, but taken by dawn

Ever loved pain
Pouring through the veins
Of time and vanity I see
Last dawn of memory
Tie me tight to the pine
So I will endure your rhyme
Once sweeter than wine
Poisonous venom flowing in me
With a shadow of lost fantasies
Once dear to the heart I longed to feel
Ever dreamed thrill
Before the drop of sundown line
Horizon weeps for a scene
Where life turns into a memory
Revive me, cure the soul, heal the heart
Forgotten path
Vanishing deep in a memory I tore apart
Dreamer’s song confessed dying in silence
Lullabies flow still before the midnight call
I see the dream in your eyes
Hoping for the tide to come before
I could find the way to fall
