Flute Of Forest Lullaby

Wind sings a lullaby of sundown
Sweet flute of leaves
Beyond dark shadows of midnight sound

Dreaming through old legends of woodland realm
I walked into the night, the feast of Elvenking

The song reminds me all the wishes I’ve found
Dwelling beneath the dreams
Enchanting kiss of luring bound

Autumn dressed in spring
Before the grace of the king
His eyes are but lakes of frozen dream

I walk the forest hidden in shadows
Lingering to every leaf
Feeling the tress of eternity
Heart of elven memory

A dream coiling around me
Pure mirrors of the calm sea
Ice frozen so deep in the look
Of his innocent eyes filled with wisdom and truth

I dance while he watches me
Within every weep of wind
I sing while he wants me
In fullmoon feast
I play his desires well
My mesmerized heart knows every dark part

White gems on dark-blue velvet
Cold stars in untouched midnight sky
Shining high without a rest

I forget the dream before his hand strokes mine
Drowning within an ocean of red elven wine

A feast of fullmoon, red-wine rivers of fallen midnight
Kiss on my lips dwells with magic and light

Enchanting song through the veil of drunken sight

Chords played the dawn well
Night sent me its farewell
Fading away with first morning rays
