Spring Comes

I see the light flowing beyond
The mountains so high
Covered with ice and snow

First kiss melts before the dawn
Unveiling of the heart
Paints slowly the moment lost in silver fog

Shores unseen, tides yet undreamed
Flow within for a song
First spring lullaby
Belonging deep to the wind of the North
Snowdrops of truth
Grow fast through the dark blanket of the unknown

End of an era
Heart drinks the life
Beat by beat healing the scars

He sings me a lullaby of spring
Whispers of leaves
White cascade of dreams

He writes the tales with starlight
Painting the forest with white
Innocence flows through the eyes

Prayers for light dwell still in the silence of falling midnight
I see the world hidden beyond the veil of pure starlight

First kiss of spring dwells in me
With a song of mysterious forest realm
Deep in a dream I see him
His name is but a river of spring

His shadow is but a whisper of trees at night

Eyes are brighter than gems of pure white
Voice deeper than thunder in May
Painting the woods with gold and red
Caressing the heart of me he belongs still to the last autumn day
Flowing with a spring tender dream till the end
