New Life

Beneath the veil of silver moon
I see the path leading me through
The sky of dreams
Pale night within
Cascading still upon the dawn
As far as tomorrow’s core

It breathes, it weeps, it dwells
Upon the lips trembling in desire of a kiss
A memory that silently spreads
Before the eyes still blinded by pure grace

I close my eyes and fall asleep
To see the pale dreams
Beyond sundown that drowns deep
In silver waves of seductive sight
Eyes of ever purity and light

One touch — I fall
One look — I crawl
One word — I bow

All pain cascades away
In time it fades relieving my days

Tame me with your grace
Upon the dawn it rises high
Dwelling in starlit embrace
The world so divine grows in your eyes

You write my dreams
I’m made of still
You caress the heart
And made it beat
Once when I thought it’s dead
You brought me back
And gave new life
