White Ships Of Eternity

Silver pearls fade in waves of moonlit oceans
Petal-ships so tender sail to the lands lost beyond the real

Weeping song of wind howling deep in the woods
Draws the leaves with gold and silver pale fallen dew

In the fog I see
A silhouette of pure beauty
Wild, untamed
Ancient power cascading on me

Forest dressed in scarlet and gold
Nights filled morns with winter cold

Path runs into the dark
To the far heart
Of woodland realm resting in magic shelter

Moonlight belong with silver veil of leaves
As silent as its dreams
I see the light flowing deep in your eyes
Pale starlit mirror of sunrise
Dwelling upon every step you take
Silently calling my name silver waters of forest lake

Eyes you turned away
Told me that it was you
Beneath the gates of last day
The one who drew this dream upon me

Who sailed those clouds with me
White ships of eternity
I swear it was you
The dream I’ve been living through

I know what I have seen there
In the shadow of your realm
I feel the touch of a wish, but would I dare
To fade in this real I believed once was a dream

I swear it was you walking beyond the trees
Graceful and calm, majestic and wild
A dream I’ve seen once cascades now on me
Heart knows, but wants to beat for life
Of love so deep living till eternity’s last weep
So I covered your hand with mine
And walked into the light of midnight dream
