Playing still in my head
Luring me back to the land
Of dreams I’ve never shared
Forgotten path takes me back to the moment
Of dearest part of the dream beyond the sunset
Promises given to the river
To come back once more
Oaths whispered in the forest
Dwell forever in me, they’re never gone
And memory again takes me away
Through the years redeeming to that time
To the place where I laughed living a day
Away to the place untouched by the time
Standing in high river tides
It is but a magic undone
A memory so far
A dreamer’s bound so high
My fantasy, my lullaby
The only moment so dear to the heart
Dwelling still in the sight
Of eternity locked deep in silver-blue eyes
Forest and lakes, golden halls of the castle I dream of still
Beyond the memories I long for with all heart’s belief
Soul’s dear home, my shelter hidden beyond memory still resting within
Under the veil of silver bloom of spring
