Laces are fading away
Vanishing with flowing waters
I see the mirror upon the night
Reflections of the past above the lake glass
Carving deep the memories in my heart
I know the truth
And see no guiding light
Because all hope left me there to die
In the abyss of lies
Once I dreamed of one love
But life turned that path from me
While I was ready to follow
Real suddenly turned into a dream
For better or for worse
Still burning silently my lost world
Life goes on
I search for a hope within a fantasy
Touching the skies that I’ve drawn with starlight
One dream to become true at least in me
You are the dark side of me
My single light in the darkness unseen
You are the pain and love
All that I wanted once to have
My shelter, my sanctuary
My last hope for better memories
I see the stars shining above the clouds
You dwell within my midnight dream
Becoming my bliss and all the hopes
Upon the dawn it will glow with the brightest rainbow
Guiding me to the secret door
Where lies no gold, but the treasure I long to get
The one who will cherish me with all my fate
Life takes and gives
A birth of new hopes and dreams
Just follow the heart to face it still
