Sing Me A Song…

Waters dry in daylight withering beyond the dark
Summertime cries through the woods of lands so far

Sing me a song of far lands
Tell me a story of lost dales
Meadows of ever green
Treasures of golden realm
Redeem me to those shores
To which I belong
Dream me back home

Washing the shores so far, still deary loved
All the memories I couldn’t keep unbound

Spare bed to share I’ve got now
Come to comfort my soul
Untouched dreams I keep deep
Come to share this one with me

Slowly it is all gone
The pain and offence faded at dawn
As your hand unveiled the heart’s been suffering for too long

Sing me a song of far lands
Tell me a story of lost dales
Meadows of ever green
Treasures of golden realm
Redeem me to those shores
To which I belong
Dream me back home

True and sincere was the love
Cascading on me now
Streams flow back in time to the lands I once called home
You shared my lifetime dream drawing it real releasing from its bound

Never let me go as you gave me all your love
Because I shall never betray the trust given to me once

I will keep our hearth warm wherever we go
I will keep your heart in comfort of everdreamt home

Sing me a song of far lands
Tell me a story of lost dales
Meadows of ever green
Treasures of golden realm
Redeem me to those shores
To which I belong
Now we are home
