Unveiling The Scars

Child’s eyes sparkle with dreams
As the heart never meant to be dark
As the soul dwelt in temptation so light
Life is full of sins

I forget the pain
It is complete
It is all in vain
I’m going to fly with a dream

Desire crucified the suffering
I wish I could see the moment when
The heart will beat again

Wings turned black losing their innocent white
Eyes of blue dawn turned back to midnight dark

You unveiled my scars
Undressing my core
You made me forget the past
Those sick memories I used to recall
Through the midnight
In pale moonlight
Crying with stars all lone
You shared all love with my bleeding heart

What do you see when you look at me?
Angel or devil
Reveal this truth even bitter, I want to know
How should I look like in one’s mind
Tell me what’s left of me real and what’s gone

Last drop of lost oceans is gone
Words untold vanished slowly in a frozen flow
I need nothing to forgive that pain, it died before it was born

Tempted by wishes of fate
I drown in your eyes
For new love I will forget all that I hate
Falling deeper in sweet sunrise
Dwelling still so deep in your heart

You unveiled my scars
Undressing my core
You made me forget the past
Those sick memories I used to recall
Through the midnight
In pale moonlight
Crying with stars all lone
You shared all love with my bleeding heart

Soul cleansed with all those dreams
Heart beats again not aching any more
We entered the darkness lighting the scene
Of serene purity of innocent dawn

Relieved and warmed by dear comfort of your soul
I barely could recall the scene where I was lost once all alone

You unveiled my scars
Undressing my core
You made me forget the past
Those sick memories I used to recall
Through the midnight
In pale moonlight
Crying with stars all lone
You shared all love with my bleeding heart
