Still holding on a dream and hope
I long for a promise once given to me
Far beyond
The void of lost forever dream
When time was lost in stories so long gone
Appearing deep in silence of dreams forgotten
The one to show me the one true love
Just make me see the real stars
Reflecting so bright in your eyes
I recall a memory from the depth of mind
Trying to forgive the endless pain still too real to leave it behind
I try to move on and live
So deep in heart
As if none ever could find it
Silently it falls with all the curtains
Unleashing the core
Hidden within under the silk of veils
Upon my teary soul
Just make me see the real stars
Reflecting so bright in your eyes
Sparkling with white starlight so pure
It falls embracing me with soft slumber
Of eternal blue
Reflecting higher
Than I can ever reach this spark of lure
Unveil my heart beneath the dream
Take my oaths to tear the scream
Out from my chest as I am yours forever
Captivated by your great love I am enslaved
You see the fire in me
The one you see the tears and smiles
Still hidden within
Never shed, never shared, but still
You see it all so deep
So I forget to hide
Behind my mask and fall into your arms
Just make me see the real stars
