The One Dancing With The Wind

Gone with the light
Walking under the stars
I sing an ancient song
Searching every night
For a long-forgotten home

Deep in the darkness
They run from silence
Singing their lullabies
Whispered once by the stars

Find me under the hill and over the streams
I am the one dancing with the wind

Dive into the waves of blue with me
Run for your most reckless dreams

Laughter is never ceased
In the valley of woodland king
Wine pours down with sweet rivers
Time flows slowly cascading with waves
Fading deep into misty endlessness

Find me under the hill and over the streams
I am the one dancing with the wind
The one wandering in your dreams

Follow me into the storm
Until the verses aren’t sung in that song

Paint with me all the new dawn
While the night sleeps silently till morn

Find me under the hill and over the streams
I am the one laughing merrily in your dreams
The one dancing with the wind in the fields

Somewhere lost in the tales
In-between real and fantasy dales
I am the one wandering here and there

Searching for a mountain high
And the king’s long-forgotten gold
All still precious but the stone
Shining brighter than stars at midnight

Find me under the hill and over the streams
I am the one dancing with the wind
The one reading your dreams
Telling old stories and laughing merrily
Far beyond the real and fantasy
You loved as the kid

I am the one dancing with the wind
Bare feet in the wheat
Find me now deep in your dream
Singing the lullaby for you to sleep
