I dream of midnight sky
And walk in pure white light of stars
Under the rising moon I see again
The dream newborn within
When the times were still the same
Rivers so clear and valleys in bloom
And song flew high with the wind
Path takes me away
To the arms so dear
Beyond the break of day
Where there is no fear
Among the hills and dales I walk in the late night
Sighing and crying about my dear king
Lost once so far in the mountains high
Tides of time took him once away from me
Before the dawn of this age rose
I saw his face in dreams
I felt his warmth beyond the real
And before I meet him once in this world
I shall dream once again
When they’re all asleep silently in their beds
I walk in starlight and guard sweet rest
Looking behind at all paths and roads
Hoping to see him once again
Shedding the tears I fall asleep hoping to see his face
Once before the dream drags me into the real
To dive into those eyes before the morning comes
The stars turned my tears into the awe
Cascading purely on me
With soothing rain reviving a dream
At dawn fate knocking at my door
Reality took away the rest of sleep
The voice’s calling me silently
Among the stars above the mountains high
I see dark velvet of midnight sky
Sapphire shine of dear blue eyes
Among the valleys and hills
I now see far beyond the dream
From far mountains’ cold coming my king
