Way Back Home

A warrior, a dreamer, a fine leader
Seeking his lost homeland

Mighty lord, fearless seeker
Mountain king until the very end

So far his path took him
Away from me
Once and then again
I bear a hope that one day
A chance of fate
Will bring him back

The world sheltered by stars
Sleeps now under the moonlit shade
While I try to find the way
And turn my king back home

I wish to find the way back to him
Through the lands and seas
Just to look into those eyes that I belong to

So far this path took me
Away from him
Once lost I dream again
Bearing a hope he will come one day
By chance or fate
He will take me back

Back to the kingdom under the mountains high
Filled with gold and gems whiter than pure starlight
Still feeling the dream within of deep voice piercing my mind
And walk under autumn sapphire sky reflecting so deep in his eyes

Come back to me, my love
Shelter me from all cold
Come for me and bring me home
