Oath Of Stars

I travelled South
Through the valleys in bloom
Across the fields dressed in gold

Leaves dwell in dew
Misty morns beyond the sea
Reflection of yesterday quivers
While a dream slowly withers
Into the dales of ever blue

I travelled North
Far across the white mountaintops
Over the hills covered with snow

I dreamt under the stars
Counting days behind reality’s bars
As if the world could heal old scars

I saw a dream
And see again
You walking within
My heart, my mind
Kissing the wounds so deep

No wind could, neither could dawn
Nor path, nor dale
But your heart of purest hope

Before the score is carved on silk-like skin
Let me whisper your name like a fading dream

I love and let love
Dwelling with stars all above
Until all days are gone we are bound
