Night falls cascading upon me with precious dark
Flowing deeper into me
Painting it all in black and white
The dream and dust
Love turns to lust
Gems stole the stars
And heart’s all covered with ice
See what I have become
Leave me alone and watch me drown
Make it go
Let me fall
I don’t want to see
What’s left of me
Light is too weak to shine the dark away
The end cuts now this way
There is nothing left to save
The dream or dust
Love or lust
Death or life
This choice I will make twice
For you, for us
For you, for us
Take my breath away
For another heartbeat
Write another the end for this story
Hear my prayers and see
What’s left of me
Live one more day
To make me believe
That there is still love within
Change me, revive what is dead
Break cold ice embracing my heart
Help me to find the right way
Cure me and stay by my side
Heal me now, my spark of light
Just stay for me, rest upon my pleading heart
