Coal And Moonlight

Silver dart touched my heart
Broke it in pieces
White mist coiled all in my mind

Love whispers through heavy white
And blood turns into ice

I dance in moonlight pale
Silver silk, petals of pure white
I draw with coal black
Lines of fate and life
To fool myself and follow the fantasy path

Let me drink this remedy
A cure from cold and misery

I know there is a magic world
The one where you live
But so far far away from this abandoned shore

No pain but this loneliness cold
Why does it hurt so much?

Let me drink this remedy
A cure from cold and misery
Save me, please
I dance in starlight of pure white
Drawing fateful lines with coal black and silver light
I believe in pictures I draw on pale sheets
A painter knows if his world will live once
Let me drink this remedy
Fill me with memories alive
Share all feelings with me
Let me drink this misery away from your eyes
A cure lies beyond in misty white sunrise
