Forever Remain

Among the trees she danced and her song dwelt
Beyond the shade of silver light the world slept

In pure starlight she flew
Like first spring bloom
A tear of dew
A moment fading in blue
She sang as his heart dwelt
Beyond the shadow of end

Worlds fade in the dark
Shores embraced in fire fall
All memories fled with a spark
Turning back to the core
Where heart should dwell in endless awe

She danced in the night
Glowing in silver starlight
Singing her songs so divine
She knew their fates then entwined

In the woods you saw me dance
Under pale leaves and stars’ silver glance

Forever our path will lead us ahead
Through both joy and peril till the end
As you are my light and I’m your nightingale
