Of kingdoms of glory
Marvellous realms dwelling in treasures
Gold and gems there lie beyond measure
Paths run ever ahead
Taking back to a far land
Where northern winds whisper to leaves
Of lost islands so lone
Lost in waves untamed and cold
Of forgotten kingdoms and realms
Resting beyond sight of dawn
Over the edge of mortal world
Oh, swans so white
Please take me there
Oh, eagles of might
Draw me there
Where fields are green and flowers wild
Shine like stars in midnight sky
Emerald cover over the white gems of petals
Never faded, never withered
Where streams of silver waters flow through
Ever white flowers dwell in fair bloom
And spring is eternal
Take me there, ancient birds so fair
Over the mountains cold and high
To far lands beyond pale sky
Where a hidden kingdom lies
In shadows dim
Under memories of innocent dream
Beyond eight gates it must dwell
In secret from those who shouldn’t see
Hidden still it lies under a spell
For none should find it or ever reveal
Only ones who know will enter the realm
Those who long for it through ages’ rim
Tearing the real to touch a silent dream
