Pale Dawn Dream

Cold of time won’t take it from me
All pain, lost misery
Upon rising dawn I will still recall
Pale skin, turquoise blue eyes of yesterday awe

Memories bright are still alive
Walking around cold and unbound
Like autumn leaves flying by

Where stars shine bright
Where dream is fair as winter white…

Take me to the lands hidden and sea never seen
Dream me to the shores so far ever lost beyond sky rim
As my heart longs passionately for forlorn tale of long-gone real

Waves caress pale tides
Midnight weak weeps in first lights
Of undying day upon quivering sea
As the edge of time is but a gone dream

Memories bright live deep within
Lands lost beyond first chord of melody dwelling still
Upon the verse of unfinished tale, ever going story

Endless tale upon world’s veil
Daydream still within dawn so pale
Caress a memory I write for you, my dear
