I See The Light

Beyond blue ice so coldTiny memory flows alone
Lost and forlorn it’s heading to faded edge of the world

Lived for the past in hope
Believed in dreams drawn by dawn
Before heart turned to stone

I see the light
Above the darkening rim
Of dying night
Where snow and wind
Whisper my name with frozen tide

Ice in heart will melt
And path leads ahead
Lost will be all memories in the end

But heart of stone will remain
Until darkness takes away the pain
And makes it beat again

I see the light
Of rising sun
I see pure gleam of stars
Shining bright
Like spark ungone
Dwelling deep in your eyes
