Far Land

In far land over the Great Sea
Where dwell the gardens of eternal spring

In far land beyond the Great Sea
Where midnight is pure and fear still unseen

Gardens so fair dwell there
Under the the sky ever clear
And trees shine so bright
Sharing their light
Of silver and gold
Dear Laurelin and Telperion

Come to me under silver leaves
Cease this pain tearing my soul
Be my soothing dream
My everlasting hope

Beyond the sea I search for home
Sailing alone for so long

Tell me you won’t leave me in the blue
Say my name in whisper so only I could hear you
Stay with me under starlit bloom
Never go there where I cannot reach you

Gentle hand lights the stars
None will see us
Shadows will hide us from all curious eyes

To the gardens so fair and pure we go
To a hidden place, our only home
