Lonely Halls

This silence dwells aroundCoiling, howling
In empty halls left none
To heal my darkened soul

Emptiness within tears the heart
Broken pieces of consciousness weep inside
All that remains  — a memory left behind

We drift upon the ocean
Of untold time
We float through lost confession
To the lonely shore
Ever forgotten in tides

Through the voids
I cry, but so weak is my voice
You won’t hear my faded whisper
Words fall burnt to cinders

Emptiness within longs for the one
Wearing dark high crown
Here remains only silence now

Last wall is broken
Dark wings are torn
Walks now the fallen
In lonely halls seeking for dawn

No tears sparkle in dark eyes
Flaming glance longs for inner fire-and-ice world
Embrace as long as time
Through the tides and fire I’ll follow you into the void
